Horrible website, support almost non existent. Product benefits debatable for the cost

The 800 number does not work, and I do not want anymore product. I have emailed them and used the other 720 phone number to text them. No reply.

No product support, in fact no customer support after the sale is done, no reply to my email inquiry. Pre-sales they seem to answer emails but nothing after my complaint and request for refund.

My account

Someone in your company has withdrawn $100 out of my account today, which is June 9, without my authorization, and I need my money back in my account as soon as possible. I need to talk to someone concerning this because I do not appreciate it. Nobody should withdraw any money without my authorization, and I need my money back in my account ASAP.

Subscription was canceled 6 months ago but, money was charged on my debit card that I did not approve for a product that was no longer needed and also can't afford any more, was canceled months ago.
